Ozzy Is Leaving The States
Ozzy Osbourne is not interested in doing any living or dying in the United States. In a candid interview with The Guardian, Osbourne ripped the USA, where he and his wife Sharon have resided for much of their adult life. He says, “Everything’s f—ing ridiculous there. I’m fed up with people getting killed every day. God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert… It’s f—ing crazy.” In July, Architectural Digest reported that the couple’s expansive mansion in Los Angeles was up for sale for a whopping $18 million. He also shared, “I don’t want to die in America… I’m English. I want to be back.” he was raised in Birmingham, England. Sharon, who was born in London, echoed her husband’s sentiments. “America has changed so drastically. It isn’t the United States of America at all. Nothing’s united about it. It’s a very weird place to live right now.”
*****Let’s be honest: it got a lot weirder after Ozzy moved here!!!

Prince Harry Has Lost His Father
Prince Harry “lost” his father, Prince Charles, following his exit from the royal family, Meghan Markle said in a bombshell new interview. She brought up her husband’s strained relationship with his dad when asked about her falling out with her own father, Thomas Markle. “Harry said to me, ‘I lost my dad in this process.’ It doesn’t have to be the same for them as it was for me, but that’s his decision,” she told New York magazine’s The Cut in a wide-ranging profile published Monday. When asked whether there was room to heal the rifts with their families, Markle responded, “I think forgiveness is really important. It takes a lot more energy to not forgive. But it takes a lot of effort to forgive. I’ve really made an active effort, especially knowing that I can say anything.” A source says that Markle actually meant to say that she did not want Harry to lose his dad. One highly placed royal insider adds, “I’m not aware that Harry has broken up with his father. Charles gave Harry and Meghan millions when they left the UK. “Right now, the family are all at Balmoral, and I’m sure they are aghast at this interview.”
*********Harry has been a real disappointment to his family!! So.. like father, like son!!

Britney Spears’ Mom Speaks Out
Britney Spears’ mother, Lynne Spears, responded to the pop star saying in a bombshell audio clip that she felt abandoned by the matriarch amid her conservatorship. “Britney, your whole life I have tried my best to support your dreams and wishes!” Lynne wrote on Instagram Sunday alongside an old black-and-white photo of them laughing together. “And also, I have tried my best to help you out of hardships! I have never and will never turn my back on you!” Lynne claimed Britney was the one who turned her back on her, adding, “Your rejections to the countless times I have flown out and calls make me feel hopeless! I have tried everything.” She then ironically concluded the public post, “I love you so much, but this talk is for you and me only , eye to eye, in private.” A few hours earlier, Britney called out her family for the alleged abuse she experienced throughout her 13-year conservatorship but pointed out she felt “more angry” with her mom than her father and former conservator, Jamie Spears. “I heard when reporters would call her [Lynne] at the time and ask questions of what was going on, she would innocently hide in the house and she wouldn’t speak up,” she alleged in the now-deleted 22-minute audio clip that she uploaded to YouTube.

JLo Not Happy About Wedding Singer Leak!
Jennifer Lopez wants fans to stop posting that video of her serenading Ben Affleck at their Georgia wedding. In the clip, which was originally posted by TMZ, Lopez is seen singing and dancing as Affleck sits in front of her in a chair. It sounded like Lopez was singing a new, special song with the hook, “Can’t get enough.” After the video made headlines, the triple threat spoke out on Instagram and said the video was “stolen” and sold to the media by a wedding guest, all of whom signed a nondisclosure agreement (NDA). “This was taken without permission. Period. And whoever did it took advantage of our private moment,” Lopez commented on a fan account. “I don’t know where you all are getting it from bc we had NDAs and asked everyone to not share anything from our wedding. That is our choice to share. Anything I put out private is OnTheJLO and it’s to share w my fans. Which I will do when I am ready to. This was stolen without our consent and sold for money. Thank you for caring I love you guys.”
**********She also sent everyone a bill for $49.99 a month, which includes a free J Lo t-shirt!!

Alligator Delays Flight
A flight arriving in South Carolina was briefly delayed by an unusual hazard on the taxiway: an alligator. John Moroney, a passenger on a Delta Airlines flight that arrived from Atlanta on Saturday at Charleston International Airport, snapped a photo from a plane window showing the alligator on the taxiway when the plane arrived about 7 p.m. Saturday. Moroney said the pilot announced the plane would be slightly delayed as he waited for the alligator to cross the taxiway. The Naval Air Station in Key West, Fla., reported a similar hazard in April, when a crocodile was spotted sunning itself on the runway. The runway was shut down when the reptile refused to move, and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission personnel arrived with a trapper to relocate the crocodile outside the base. See the video HERE.

World Record Height Difference
A married couple from Utah earned a Guinness World Records title for their 2-foot, 9.44-inch height difference. Christie Chandler, who stands 5 feet,11.74 inches tall, and Senecca Corsetti, who is 3 feet, 2.29 inches tall, became the first Guinness World Record holders for greatest height differential of a married couple (same sexes/women), the record-keeping organization announced. Corsetti’s height is a result of diastrophic dysplasia, a form of dwarfism that affects the normal development of cartilage and bone. Chandler said she was inspired to apply for the record after reading about the world record for greatest height differential of a married couple (different sexes/taller woman). “I was like ‘Oh my gosh, we crushed that record,'” Chandler told Guinness.

Florida Man Tries To Buy A Child
An 85-year-old Florida man who was arrested for trying to buy a child he saw at a Volusia County Walmart in 2018 is back behind bars, according to a report. NBC affiliate WESH reported that Hellmuth Kolb was arrested Thursday for violating his probation. Authorities said Kolb offered to buy an 8-year-old girl from her mother at a Winn-Dixie store. Kolb reportedly told the child’s mother how pretty her child was, then, followed them to the parking lot where he yelled at the mother and offered $100,000 for the child. In 2018, Kolb was arrested for a similar incident after he grabbed an 8-year-old girl who was sitting with her mother, kissed her wrist, then offered $200,000 for her.

Man Bust For Smuggling Reptiles
A California man who smuggled more than 1,700 wild animals into the United States, including 60 reptiles hidden in his clothing, pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal charges. Jose Manuel Perez of Oxnard entered pleas to two counts of smuggling and a charge of wildlife trafficking. Prosecutors said that from 2016 to this February, Perez and his accomplices used social media to arrange to smuggle animals from Mexico and Hong Kong. Most were reptiles and included Yucatan box turtles, Mexican box turtles, baby crocodiles and Mexican beaded lizards, according to a statement from the U.S. Department of Justice. It is illegal to import the animals without permits under an international treaty on the trade of endangered species, the DOJ said. Perez paid accomplices a crossing fee to drive animals from Mexico to El Paso, Texas, where he had them shipped to his family’s Ventura County home and resold them to customers throughout the U.S., authorities said.

The 7 Personalities Of Bad Bosses Who Think They’re Good Bosses
HUFFINGTON POST
1) The Rescuer
This is a bad boss who may seem like a good boss at first. If you have any trouble with a project, they’ll just take over. Any conflict with a client, they’ll deal with it for you. Consultant Peter Block identified this work archetype as the “rescuer” in his book “The Empowered Manager: Positive Political Skills at Work.” According to Block, the rescuer is someone who is highly sensitive to discomfort and believes “the path to power, influence and gaining some control over the situation is to save other people’s lives.”
Brown said rescuers come from a place of thinking they’re protecting you from failure, and are bad at giving you honest feedback and more responsibilities as a result. “When you have a rescuer, they pride themselves on being there to support you, so you really don’t have any space not only to make mistakes, but you also have a limited amount of growth,” Brown said. “Because part of rescuing, or being helpful, is a control mechanism for them.”
2) The Politician
The “politician” is good at managing the bosses above them and terrible at managing the people who report directly to them. They are good at public relations for your team, but they lack the will or the skill to be a good team leader.
“The executive team thinks your team is doing a good job, your projects get lauded at company all-hands… but actually this manager is never meeting with you, never giving helpful feedback, or even at all actually involved in the day-to-day,” said Lara Hogan, author of “Resilient Management” and a former vice president of engineering at Kickstarter. Hogan said this kind of boss can cause bigger issues down the road, because they tend not to find out about team problems that should have been addressed or raised earlier. “Long-term, it often ends in disaster, because this person never did their first responsibility, which is managing the team,” Hogan said. Her advice if you’re an employee of this kind of boss? Make sure that you build relationships with your manager’s peers, or other people in positions of power, and go to them for feedback and support. The goal is for more people to know what a great job you’re doing. “Spread the surface area of how you’re being managed,” Hogan advised.
3) The Great Manager Who Can’t Manage Up
This is a boss who is great at managing their own team, but is bad at dealing with the bosses above them. They believe in your work, but they lack the office-politics savvy to make sure others in positions of power do, too. “They listen to you, they are completely involved in your work in a positive way, you trust them, they trust you,” Hogan said. “And then you realize nobody at the upper level has any idea what your team is doing, and you lose headcount. Your road map doesn’t get prioritized, you might get [reorganized].”
Because this boss is bad at lobbying on your team’s behalf, your team might lose out on valuable funding ― and team members might not get promotions or raises they deserve, since there’s usually more than one person who has a say in who gets these career rewards, Hogan said.
4) The People-Pleaser
You may sometimes benefit from a people-pleasing boss’ attempts to sway you to their side, but ultimately this manager is a hazard to work for. They believe getting ahead means giving others what they want, even when accountability is needed to maintain trust on a team. They’ll make many verbal commitments, but they won’t follow through to make a tangible difference. “The people pleasers I’ve worked with never actually do anything, because it’s all words,” Hogan said.
Managers who get too invested in “being nice” are bosses who rule by “ruinous empathy,” as Kim Scott writes in “Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity.” Per Scott, these bosses “create the kind of work environment where ‘being nice’ is prioritized at the expense of critiquing, and therefore, improving actual performance.” Without necessary criticism, your career is likely to stall and you may even get fired.
5) The Numbers Boss
A “numbers boss” becomes an ineffective leader when every insight and decision has to be backed by data or a pattern. If you need numbers to make every decision, you cannot make long-term plans. “I’ve worked with managers who require that every single thing be an A/B test, whether or not it makes sense ― to the point where no work could get done, because everything needed an experiment to come back,” Hogan said. “The person who is obsessed with data […] doesn’t have a long-term plan. Everything is short-term, numbers-based decisions, which means you never end up with a vision.” Creativity can also be a weakness for numbers people. As Brown put it: “They’ll say they want creativity, but how are you supposed to have creativity if everything you do has to be proven?”
6) The Lone Wolf
In her e-book “How To Be A Successful First Time Manager: Identify Your Leadership Style, Lay The Groundwork for a Positive Team Culture, and Give Better Feedback,” Brown writes that “lone wolf” bosses are known for their deep need for autonomy, are easily misunderstood and have limited and cordial interactions with others. Brown says the benefit of working under a lone wolf is that they have a strong work ethic and they value assertiveness in team members. She said they often thrive at startups where succeeding means taking on multiple roles at once. But the downside is that this rebel boss often changes plans at the last minute, creating tension on their teams. “What makes them toxic is everyone will get together in a team and make a decision, and the lone wolf later on will be like, ‘No, I’m going to [do] this.’”
7) The Know-It-All
While numbers people want you to make all decisions based on data, know-it-alls want you to make decisions based on just their knowledge. They often give feedback like “Well if I were you, I would have done it like this,” or “Well, it only took me three months,” Brown said. Know-it-alls are unable to account for times when their information is limited or outdated. On some level, what the know-it-all wants is a clone who works and thinks exactly as they do. They want you to develop your career how they did it.
“They are people who you constantly feel like you’re in comparison mode with, but you don’t feel like they are accounting for the fact that, one, you are not them, and two, that the circumstances and environment may be different,” Brown said. “You always feel like you fall short because you’re not doing it their way.”
